Reading and writing in the elementary grades
We are doing research regarding reading and writing of pupils. We began among first graders and now, "our" children are already in eighth grade. We have been researching since 2014 and thanks to TACT and GACR, the team of researchers from Sociological Institution of the Czech Academy of Sciences can continue. The current goal is predicting of school failure/success in the field of literacy of pupils. We want this tool to be beneficial in the pedagogical field for purpose of identifying needs of psychological or socially-pedagogical intervention.
Shout-out to all directors, teachers, parents and also to all the pupils involved!
